What this covers

MAGPRINT Connect is the platform behind the QR codes printed on restaurant packaging by Magprint LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L21000462317) based in Miami, FL, and the dashboards restaurant operators use to manage their packaging, campaigns, and orders. This policy covers the magprint.studio and magprintmiami.com web properties and the Connect platform.

Scanning a QR code — diners

If you scan a QR code on packaging, you do not need an account and we do not know who you are. We count the scan: which code was scanned, when, the device category (phone, tablet, desktop), and the browser family. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, precise location, or advertising identifiers, and we set no tracking cookies on the public pages. Scan counts exist so the restaurant can see which packaging works.

Loyalty punch cards on restaurant mini-sites are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device.

Restaurant operator accounts

If you create an operator account we store your email address, your name if you provide it, your restaurant's profile (name, links, branding, hours), your campaigns, your QR codes, and your packaging orders. This is your business data: we use it to run your dashboard, compute reorder suggestions from your own order history, and nothing else.

Sign-in is by email and password, or by Google sign-in where enabled. With Google sign-in we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google — never your password.

What we never do

We do not sell data. We do not run third-party ad trackers. We do not share restaurant data with other restaurants. Diner scans are counted, not tracked across sites.

Cookies and analytics

The public site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the session that keeps a restaurant operator signed in to their dashboard, and it exists only after you sign in. Preferences such as your language or a dismissed notice live in your own browser's local storage and never leave it.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you: it records the page, the referrer, the country and the device category as aggregate numbers, and nothing that follows you between sites. There are no advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers anywhere on magprint.studio.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors for us. Payment processing, when it launches, will be handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.

Your choices

Operators can export their data or ask us to delete their account and everything in it: email administration@magprintmiami.com. Diners have nothing to delete — scans are not tied to an identity.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new effective date. Effective date: September 14, 2026 (added the cookies and analytics section).
