The service
MAGPRINT Connect is operated by Magprint LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L21000462317) based in Miami, FL, with D3 Hospitality. It gives restaurant operators mini-sites, dynamic QR codes for printed packaging, campaign tools, analytics, and packaging ordering. Scanning a printed QR code as a diner requires no account and creates no agreement beyond ordinary website use.
Accounts
Operator accounts are for restaurants and their staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use it unlawfully.
Your content
Your restaurant's name, branding, menus, links, campaigns, and order history remain yours. You give us the license needed to host and display them — that's it. Don't upload content you don't have rights to, and nothing unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
QR codes and printing
Dynamic QR codes point wherever you configure them. You are responsible for the destinations you set. Print orders placed through the platform are quotes or orders to Magprint and are governed by the quote or invoice that confirms them — pricing shown in the app before confirmation is indicative.
Analytics honesty
Scan counts and engagement numbers are best-effort measurements, counted server-side. We do not guarantee against missed or duplicate counts, and they are not a billing meter.
Availability and changes
The platform is provided as-is while in pilot. We work to keep it up, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product develops. Printed codes are designed to keep redirecting even during platform maintenance.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Magprint and D3 Hospitality are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
